Yaskawa will start new business year with new president

Yaskawa Electric Corporation announces that President Koji Toshima will be appointed Chairman of the Board and Representative Director, and Managing Director Junji Tsuda will be appointed President and Representative Director, effective March 21, 2010.
Current Chairman of the Board and Representative Director Shin Nakayama will be appointed Director, effective March 21, 2010.
These decisions were made at the Board of Directors meeting held today.

 

Shin Nakayama will finish the term of Director at the end of the stockholders’ general meeting, which will be held in June, 2010. He will then be appointed Special Corporate Adviser.
